"Wow, there is so much to say!. First of all about a year ago we had a hole in the ceiling. The cost was under our deductible. Even though that was true Gary worked with us all the way and he made sure we had the job done and it was done correctly. I have emailed him about several other questions and not once has he not responded. I feel a complete and I mean complete trust when dealing with Gary. Also Jessica has helped us. Right now we are looking at adding one more thing to our policy. Jessica was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to do any research needed to answer the question.
